Zojirushi NS-WAC10 Micom Fuzzy-Logic 5-1/2-Cup Rice Cooker and Warmer Review
Have been using the rice cooker for a few weeks by now. So far we have used it
for regular white rice cooking. No problem at all. It produced soft and puffy
white rice every time. Tried once on porridge, the result is not very satisfactory.
The only complaint we have is that the non-sticking coat inside the inner rice
cooking pan has been moderately scratched at arrival. The reason is probably
that the factory simply put the measuring cups and spatula in a thin plastic wrap
and placed them in the cooking pan. As a result, the scratch was made during
shipping. If they had used some foam wrapping instead, it would not have caused
the scratches. I am surprised that this top-ranked rice cooker maker would not
have thought of this issue.

I absolutely love my rice cooker! I don’t know how I’ve gotten by without it all this time. I make full meals in it as well as steam veggies to perfection. It is so simple. Put your ingredients in, the liquid, push the button and walk away. It’s done! LOVE IT!!!

Sanyo ECJ-S35K 3-1/2-Cup Micro-Computerized Rice Cooker/Warmer with Bread-Baking Function, Black Review
Got this as a wedding gift and have used it twice so far (for rice). The rice has come out great both times! I was used to making [and screwing up] rice in those traditional glass-lid cookers. Obviously, I don’t have a talent for the skill. This cooker does the job just right. I’m looking forward to making bread with it as well, so that’ll be the next project for the wifey. My only complaint is that they don’t make one of these in a larger capacity (i.e. 5 cups+)!
This is a pretty premature review considering we’ve only used the cooker twice so far, so hopefully it doesn’t go dying on us! *knocks on wood*
